Lovely established modern family villa in quiet residential area, fully enclosed gardens with slight sea view.Large modern kitchen dining room with arch to living room where there is sat tv with dvd and hifi.Off this room is a sun room overlooking the pretty gardens.There is a shower room and a bathroom to serve the two bedrooms (both with twin beds pushed together to make doubles).On the garden level is a seperate suite with king size bed,sat tv, dressing area and lovely big shower room with double glass basins and oversized shower.
All of the three bedrooms have air con.
The pool is 8 x 4 Roman Rectangular.The pretty manicured gardens are a delight and there is a further terrace with a big fig tree for shade
Only 1k to local supermarket and 1.5k to nearest beach.In a good position for both Moraira with its beautiful coastline and trendy bars and Calpe with its wealth of sea food restaurants , pretty harbour and great shopping area.
