Villa Cerezos is a comfortable 4 bedroom villa close to Javea golf course and a short drive to the Arenal beach.
The pool area is walled so very private and is gated to enhance child safety.This secluded property is fully enclosed and offers parking. There is a delightful split level living area with UK sat tv and dining area overlooking the mountains.The glazed naya leads onto an open terrace shared with the master bedroom.The kitchen is modern and well equipped, to include a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.The washing machine is in the utility room. There is a family bathroom shared between the twin bedroom and double bedroom.The Master double bedroom has en suite shower and the open terrace.The bedrooms all have cool air units.
On the lower floor is a pretty apartment featuring a double room with doors to the gardens,a cosy living room with tv for dvd's,a lovely modern bathroom and a kitchenette
The gardens are a delight and there is an almond orchard.
Just a short drive will take you to the Arenal beach with all its bars and restaurants.Or you can walk to the restaurant at the nearby Golf Club.
