This section of the website allows you to book (but not pay
for) your holiday rental property. Send us your booking details
and place your chosen property 'on option' by completing our
online booking form. Payments are made by UK bank transfer.
The booking procedure is as follows:
Check the availabilty of the property that
you would like to rent on its details page. Choose you arrival date and you departure date and the total cost of the rental will be calculated. Follow the BOOK PROPERTY link to start the booking process.
Complete and submit the online booking form.
Your chosen property will immediately be put 'on option'
for your chosen weeks, during which time it will not
be available for booking by other clients.
We will send you an e-mail confirming your booking as soon
as possible, and we will include in this e-mail details of
how to make your payment by UK bank transfer. Please check
your e-mail frequently after you have submitted the booking
form.
Your chosen property will be kept on option for a period
of 72 hours from the moment we send you the booking confirmation
and payment instructions. During this time, you must ensure
to send us your payment. Failure to do so will
mean your chosen property will become available to others
for booking.
Please note: For security reasons, you are not permitted to
place more than one property on option using this online facility
in any 7 day period.
