Terms and conditions

1. BOOKING PROCEDURE

Place a reserve on the property of your choice by using the online booking form or by telephone ((+34 630 042 297 ). Office hours 9am -1pm Monday to Friday.

Submit a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The booking is deemed confirmed once the deposit funds have cleared.

The balance of the full cost of the property plus any extras requested must be received as cleared funds 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
   
   
2. BOOKING CONDITIONS

The first named traveller will be responsible for all payments due and must be aged over 18 at the time of booking.

It is the responsibility of the above to make sure final payment is received as cleared funds by the due date otherwise the booking will be deemed as cancelled and the appropriate cancellation charges will be levied.
   
   
3. BOOKING CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS PROCEDURE & CONDITIONS

Changes to your booking must be requested by telephone and confirmed in writing. Any charges applied will be dependent on the changes requested and will be indicated at the time of the request.

If your booking needs to be cancelled for any reason the following charges will be levied:

More than 70 days prior to arrival date: Lose deposit
50 – 69 days prior to arrival date: 50% of full cost of invoice
30 – 49 days prior to arrival date: 75% of full cost of invoice
29 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of full cost of invoice

With reference to the above it is recommended that your insurance policy covers the above eventuallity.

If changes need to be made to your booking by us for reasons beyond our control and/or where we consider your holiday may be impaired we will:

  • offer you alternative accomodation of a similar specification

    OR

  • refund your monies if the alternative/s offered are unacceptable
   
4. ACCOMMODATION

The property will be available for occupation from 17.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of departure.

You will find the property in a clean and tidy condition and must be left in the same condition. All breakages and missing items from the villa must be declared and paid for.

The property will have a manual explaining about the property and how to operate the electrical items in the property. Any other points deemed relevant or of local interest will also be recorded in this manual.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions it is deemed you will read the manual upon your arrival to familiarise yourself/ves with its contents and abide by it. Any queries with any aspect of the manual must be reported to the villa agent by 17.00 hours on the day following your arrival.
